Shipping Policy

That’s why we’re proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, every day, no matter what you buy. Whether you’re grabbing trail-tested apparel, outdoor drinkware, rugged decals, or off-road lifestyle merchandise, we’ll cover the shipping cost—so you can focus on the trail ahead.
Processing & Handling Times
All orders placed on HighSierraJunkies.com are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak holiday seasons—especially November 25 through December 23—processing time may extend up to 4 business days due to high order volume.
Express orders, when offered, are prioritized and typically ship the next business day after your order is placed.
Once your package has been handed off to USPS or the applicable shipping provider, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package status in their system.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure your order arrives by December 24, we recommend placing orders by:

International Orders
At this time, High Sierra Junkies Inc. does not offer international shipping outside of the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options and appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through USPS.com or the carrier selected at checkout.
Please Note: USPS tracking may take up to 24 hours to display current shipping status after processing.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, and USPS has not marked it as delivered, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Contact USPS to open a non-receipt case.

Email us at info@highsierrajunkies.com with your USPS case number.

If the package is not redelivered within 10 business days, we’ll reship it at no cost to you.
