Need to Request a Refund or Exchange?

We make it easy. If there’s an issue with your order, simply reach out to us via our website chat window or by emailing info@highsierrajunkies.com. We’ll assist you in getting the item returned and ensure you receive what you ordered.

We offer three flexible return/exchange options:

1. Refund

You can request a refund for your item(s), minus any applicable shipping fees. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received.

🔁 2. Exchange Without New Purchase

Want a different item of equal or lesser value? You’re welcome to exchange your item. If exchanging for something of greater value, just include your email with the return—we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.

🔁 3. Exchange With New Purchase

Prefer to purchase a new item now? No problem. Place your new order online, then send the original item back for a refund (minus shipping). Be sure to include a copy of your new order confirmation or invoice number with your return.

We print on premium-quality materials and inspect each product before shipping. If anything isn’t right, we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

👕 Shirt Care Instructions

To get the longest life out of your High Sierra Junkies apparel, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and line drying or tumble drying on low heat.

📦 Backordered or Discontinued Items

We do our best to keep inventory current. Orders will ship only when all items are in stock. If a product is backordered or discontinued, shipping may be delayed.

🎁 Refunds & Coupon Codes

Only one discount code may be applied per order. Coupon stacking is not permitted. Orders found with stacked or manipulated discount codes may be canceled.

📝 Product Descriptions

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time.


Missing Package? We’ve Got You Covered

  • Not Delivered? If your package is lost and not marked as delivered by USPS, we’ll reship your order at no cost. Contact us with your order number.

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received? If USPS has marked your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

    1. Open a case with USPS for a missing package.

    2. Email us the case number.

    3. If the package hasn’t been redelivered within 10 business days, we’ll reship your order at no charge.


Legal Notes

⚖️ Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB Destination. Ownership of items transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

⚖️ Disputes

Any disputes related to purchases made through High Sierra Junkies Inc. shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Madera, California, to which you agree to submit jurisdiction.
